Send Orders to Picanova
After you have orders, it's time to send orders to fulfillment.
You can send orders directly from the app to Picanova.
To do that, you need to connect your Picanova account with Customizer and make sure the product base has correct fulfillment info.

On Orders list, click on Order number or View button (eye icon) to go to Order details.

On the left is the details of the order item. On the right is the Customer information.
Order number: The first one is Order ID in Shopify. The one in ( ) is order ID iPopularList of Orders
Go to Orders page and you can find the Orders list.
In this list, you can search by order ID, filter by store (if you have multiple stores with the same app account) or sort by date, order.
You can select some orders to export to CSV. The Export button is disabled until you select at least one order to export.Some readersHow to find API key of Picanova
API is a unique key of an account which a provider generates in order to allow third parties to connect and send orders to.
Hence, you need to copy and paste the API key of your Picanova account to Fulfillments page, so our app can identify and send orders to the correct account.
Login to your Picanova account at api.picanova.com.
Go to Stores page > Create a new store by clicking button "Create store"
