The printarea size should match the requirement of Picanova.

Login to Picanova account at https://api.picanova.com/login
Go to API Documentation Page
Scroll down to Products > Show product's variants

Click "Try it out" button > Fill in the Product ID > Click Execute

Ex: Product "Magic Mug" - ID: 4. You can see the format width = 120mm & height = 85mm in the code description.

Remember to convert in/cm/mm to pixel. (Read more about how to convert the size to pixel using DPI here)
